If we use an agency, I'll act as your liaison throughout the project freeing you up to focus on your day to day work.

    • Sometimes non-researchers are tasked with research functions. If you need another set of eyes on an RFP, survey, discussion guide, report, or other research related document I can be an objective reviewer to help perfect your final product.

Initial consultation

60 min session

We'll discuss your business, your research and insights goals, and any initiatives you already have in place.

You’ll leave with an understanding of how we’ll approach your goals and loosely what would be required to complete the effort. Detailed steps will be included in your research plan. (Please see “What’s included” below.) There’s no obligation if you decide not to move forward.

  • While we will brainstorm and discuss ideas in this sessions, the real work happens after this consultation when I'll build your research plan, put together options for execution, and provide a timeline with milestones. If we are using any outside agencies or services, I will either provide you those contacts or make an introduction depending on the need.
